There are numerous projects we’ve done with Citibank, the following links offer a *GLIMPSE* (noticed the emphasis on the glimpse?) on the result.

A microsite to celebrate Abacus 20th Anniversary. Site was done in interactive flash, and most of the content are static.
It has a smal voting contest involved, and no, you can’t participate, because it’s over quite a while ago.

A board for TTSH staff to post messages of appreciation. Our scope include design to production and testing. TTSH staffs will be able post their appreciation, adoration, and pretty much anything else, to other staffs. While it was done during the Chinese New Year, we can’t let the spirit of festivities to affect our ideas, therefore the template was flexible enough to accommodate different designs.
Now let’s find some way to add some pictures…. ooh! what’s this button do?

Objective: Building an online annual report during 2008.
The original milestones are listed below:
1. Initial kickoff meeting
2. Initial storyboard sketches and feedback from client
3. Content from client to be received
4. Revised sketches sent for further feedback
5. Last storyboard sketches sent for approval
6. Production start
- Full colour illustrations to be done
- Animation and content population
7. AR sent to client for feedback
8. Revisions
9. Handover to client
There are a number of things to note:
- Content was important so that we knew how we would lay out different screens. For instance, screens containing graphs and charts would require some extra thought and design.
- The AR was to be done in complete illustrations by our design team.
However, we came across a number of problems:
- Approval levels were not made clear to us. We had initially gone into production with 1 concept when the client had come back saying that their bosses requested for an entirely different one. This incurred additional charges as well as significant delay.
- Finalized content took a very long time to come in. Text and image changes were coming in up to the very day they wanted the report. It was also difficult to change as the changes were very minor (i.e. deleting one or two words, taking out a few sentences), so it became a painstaking process in which we had to go over the report word for word each time a new file was received. This also incurred some extra charges and delay

A blog to list out past projects done by The Adventus Consultants.
Let’s try to keep this less formal, shall we? Honestly I don’t feel that I am the most suitable person to write this case study, but rest assured, other staffs will add their entries here (they have to! mwahahaha) to make this blog a better ‘Archive’.
Now, while I stumble around this interface, let’s get it started!
